Shipping Policy for PureCotton

1. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via our preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges. The default delivery method is FOB, and we do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

3. International Shipping

4. Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your merchandise upon receipt. We cannot accept returns on decorated or washed garments. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

5. Claims Policy
Customers must report any shortages, overages, or damages to PureCotton Customer Support within 7 days of receipt.
