At PureCotton, we empower our customers to create unique products with meaningful designs that resonate with their identity. We recognize the power of custom apparel and accessories to unite communities. Therefore, we enforce content standards to balance freedom of expression with societal impact. Our decision on approving designs or artwork is final. This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically.

CONTENT STANDARDS
We may refuse to print designs or artwork if we reasonably believe that they:
● Promote hate, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group.
● Include profanity or express hostility towards public figures.
● Encourage illegal activities or depict graphic violence.
● Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
● Include harmful or obscene content.
CUSTOM ORDERS
By placing a custom order, you warrant that your design:
● Complies with our content standards.
● Does not infringe on third-party rights.
● You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your design.
If there are issues with the submitted design, our Custom Department will contact you to resolve them. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we will proceed with the last submitted version.
Custom orders have an additional processing time of 5-10 business days.
RETURNABILITY
Custom products are not returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days if the products do not match your order. We are not liable for errors made by the customer in the design.
DISCLAIMER
Customisation services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any claims or damages arising from your use of the customisation services.
